Tampa Airport Cell Phone Waiting Lot

This is the biggest cell phone waiting lot I’ve been to and also the best!! It offers lots of parking, two big screens you can park near to see the arriving flights. It also offers clean, maintained restrooms and a wide variety of vending machines with drinks and snacks! Also outside you find benches with smoking areas. Well done Tampa International Airport!!

Wow 😮 just wow!!! This is an Amazing Cell Phone Lot. They have flight status, restrooms, vending machines, picnic tables and street lights all working and clean. They also have electric vehicle chargers. This is how it should be. It is safe. Keep up the great work Tampa Airport!

This lot is something new since the last time I was at the Tampa airport, and I was so impressed. Because my daughter's flight arrived after dark, I was able to get there while it was still light out (I can't see so well driving at night). The arrivals board was easy to read, and kept us updated on her flight progress, there were restrooms available which were very clean, and snack machines available. All of this for free, no parking fees at all. The rest of the family wasn't so excited about being there so early, but we survived the 1.5 hour wait with no issues. Love this lot so much, highly recommend if you need to pick up anyone at the airport.

Lots of spots, a big display of arriving flight information. Restrooms here too. One warning: Google Maps sent me South and back onto highway with immediate exiting and then a U-turn on airport road yo get to the Terminal. That seemed like a long way to go. There must be a faster way to get to the Terminals from the cell phone lot.

Tampa International Airport Cell Phone Lot – A Hidden Gem! Bar none, this is the best cell phone parking lot I’ve ever seen. Tampa International has truly gone above and beyond with this space—it’s clean, spacious, and packed with thoughtful amenities. The restrooms (including a family bathroom) are spotless, there are AEDs for safety, and vending machines with snacks and drinks make waiting a breeze. Two massive flight status billboards keep you updated, and there are even drinking fountains for convenience. It perfectly mirrors the quality and atmosphere of the airport itself. Hats off to TPA—this is how you do a cell phone lot right!
