I brought in TERP for help in determining the exact cause of water intrusion when other companies could not determine the source. Kevin, his son Chase and other team members including Donald were excellent. Kevin scheduled an initial assessment to determine scope of the project, which included determining and resolving the cause of water intrusion. He provided me a fair price on a quote to treat areas affected, which included remediating mold and drying out, removing parts of the interior and exterior, and waterproof affected areas to prevent future water intrusion.
