Do not purchase from this business. The owner Dan is dishonest, rude and unethical. The products sold are substandard. I purchased an ice machine after being told it was serviced, cleaned and in perfect condition. The machine stopped working after a week of use. After dropping off the machine and waiting for repairs to be made I picked the machine back up and it lasted another 5 days before breaking down again. Took in for service again and after waiting 2 weeks picked up ice maker again. Machine lasted a few days and broke down again. I advised Dan that I would like to swap this machine out since they can’t seem to repair it. Dan did offer to refund my purchase however since I need an ice machine I agreed to swap this machine with a replacement. After waiting another 3 weeks I went to pic

Sorry to hear bout Dan passing last week. He was hard to deal with, but always showed when he was heathy enough to come to the shop. I only hope they found someone to take over and can keep the company afloat. my condolences to his family and employees. REST IN PEACE DAN THE ICE MAN.

We purchased a brand new ice machine that was supposed to have a warranty. We’ve contacted the owner multiple times and our machine is not working. They ignore us nonstop leaving our ice machine non-operable. Stay away from this company!
