I’ve worked with many contractors over the years, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience. I initially contacted Tim for a fence installation in October. After Tim rescheduling five times with a variety of excuses—truck issues, traffic, materials—I felt locked into the job due to the deposit. Had I not already paid, I would’ve walked away. The fence was eventually completed in November, but the quality is poor. I immediately noticed the gate didn’t function properly and reached out to Tim for an adjustment. From November until now (April), I’ve been asking him to return, and fix the gate. His so-called “3-day warranty” is meaningless—he has not honored it at all. The work we needed completed was to have our hurricane-damaged fence repaired. We were impressed with Tampa Supreme Fence’s marketing/their reviews, and furthermore with their initial communication and pricing. Their description of the work planned gave the impression that they were quite experienced in this area of work too. Ahead of time, I let them know that it would take time for us to make a decision about accepting the estimate Tampa Supreme Fence provided for us, and Tim patiently waited and would reach out every now and then to check in on us.
