I’m extremely disappointed with the way this supplier handled a recent water heater purchase. I called ahead to confirm pricing and availability. They quoted me a specific price for the unit I needed—but then told me it wasn’t in stock at their location. Instead, they directed me to their Bradenton branch, where I was told I could pick it up. We went out of our way to get the unit from Bradenton based on the original quote. But when my technician brought back the receipt, I saw we’d been charged $500 more than what we were told. No call, no heads-up—just a surprise on the invoice. When I called to question the price discrepancy, I was told that “each branch is individually owned” and they “can’t control pricing,” even for customers with established accounts. Awesome supplier The service is excellent and prices are fair. I was a little surprising sell to the public, but thankful they do. Wonderful people work there and they will take care of you. They had some of the best customer service of any business, not just plumbing.
