My general impression of this place is positive. The people are nice, polite and friendly. There is even an atmosphere of humor which is always nice. They don’t allow overnight parking of the big trucks, but they were nice in suggesting a place right down the street where there was also land owned by the company. It does take a while to get loaded since some of the stuff gets loaded manually. The parking lot is a little small, but really not bad at all. Drivers won’t have any trouble getting into doors.

Everything was ok time. People. Facility easy to find. But don’t make left or right depending your direction on Westbrook rd is just for car no semi truck you can get stuck small st and turn I did that mistake it was hard to make it so you be aware of

When they go to lunch they all go at the same time so sometimes you have to wait an hour before you can get unloaded other than that they're pretty much on top of things

I work for LWR Flooring Co. And pick up at Tandus Floorcovering and they are polite and quick. Great Service.

This is not a retailer, it's a production plant. Pays well with great benefits.
