Tanks-a-Lot

Jared and his team did a great job replacing my old tank with a roth tank. They were very efficient and clean. They also came out within a week of calling which was faster than some of the other companies I called.

I had a fantastic experience with Tanks-A-Lot. They scheduled an appointment quickly and replaced my old oil tank before there was a problem. They showed up on time, they were courteous, efficient and did an amazing job! Tanks-A-Lot did exactly what they promised for a very fair price. I highly recommend them!

Overall, not a great experience. The first hurdle was trying to book a mutually beneficial time to do an oil tank removal. It was far more difficult than it should have been. We kept receiving day of requests to come by and do the removal. After the third or fourth time of asking for a specific time/ window, we were finally given one. They still showed up 20 minutes outside the window. When the workers arrived there was minimal communication and they went right to work. After they were done I inspected the area and it was a total mess. (Pictures attached) My basement door was damaged and stained with oil. My basement railing was now stained with oil. The basement floor was left covered in dirt and rock from underneath the tank. They only made an effort to clean up the oil they spilled.

Jared, Ken and Derek did a fantastic job replacing my leaking 275 gallon home oil tank. They also replaced the oil filter, over fifty feet of oil feed line, and installed lally column to bring the system up to code. Jared needed to run the oil free line through my finished basement. They put down plastic and kept everything spotless. During the whole procedure not one drop of oil was spilled. Excellent job very professional.
