Tanoak was AMAZING! They built a beautiful addition onto our home, including a primary bedroom/bathroom suite, a new hallway, and a laundry room. They worked with us and our architect to match the period and style of our home on both the exterior and interior. They matched the trim hardwood, window, exterior, and other detail work perfectly. Tanoak worked with us so we could live in the house while they did this work, which was no small feat in itself! Moreover, they came in around budget and time frame! Finally, they are just really good guys to have around the house. When you undergo a big renovation project, it's important to know that the people are good communicators and easy-going, on top of being skilled craftsman. We just couldn't be happier with the project!

We used Tanoak Construction to remodel our primary bath to make it ADA compliant. It features a curbless shower with a built in bench, and custom placed grab bars. Dave Bowman is wonderful to work with. He is reasonably priced for quality work, timely and communicated clearly throughout the project. His employees and subcontractors were skilled, professional and tidy. We recommend Tanoak for any construction project. I'm sure we will use him again in the near future.

I recently had Tan Oak Construction install new siding on my home in Rohnert Park and my experience working with Gant and his crew was exceptional. They were courteous, professional, reasonably priced and on time. I was able to easily communicate with them throughout the entire process and am extremely pleased with our final product!

Gant and the Tanoak team remodeled our bathroom in the summer of 2023. I really appreciated that Gant was a great listener who patiently helped us develop our vision for the remodel. Once we had the design figure out, he and his team executed the remodel quickly and professionally. After ~6 months, I can say we are still highly satisfied with the job Tanoak did on our bathroom renovation.
