TAP Heating Cooling & Plumbing

Recently, my uncle's former roommate had issues with the furnace and was told it would need to be replaced. Tad made sure there was a CO meter installed to monitor the situation and also provided instructions on how to use the furnace during the day and portable heaters at night. As soon as I was alerted to the situation, I worked with Megan, his office manager, to arrange payment and Tad was able to get the furnace installed the next day. THE NEXT DAY!! WOW!!!! While it was a pretty stressful situation, Megan was beyond helpful and Tad offered to call my uncle's former roommate to help put her at ease and reduce risk by not plugging in 6 portable heaters at the same time.
