I have used their service department numerous times for maintenance and upkeep on my riding mower and snowblower. It is so convenient for them to pick up my machines and then drop them off. They are friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable. This fall I had them service my snow blower and while using it for the first snowstorm, I noticed the idle was off. Being it was December, I was worried how soon I might get my machine back. They picked it up and fixed it (at no charge) and I had it back in 7 days. I would highly recommend Taplin!

Called the day of the snow storm spoke to a lovely young woman named Kylie. I told her that I needed something that I could literally pick up and throw in the back of my car. Explained that I needed something small but mighty. Something that was going to be a workhorse but easy for me to maneuver. They had an extremely limited stock but she picked out exactly what I needed. She had it ready when she told me it was going to be ready and although the place was extremely busy to professionalism and care that each person took was incredible. You have cared for for our lawn mower and multiple snow blowers and I continue to be impressed.

Just had my first experience with Taplin, handling some long overdue service on my snow blower. I had at least some contact with four different folks there-- office staff, what I presume was the regular driver for pickup/drop-off, the mechanic, and a different driver on the return trip. At every stage the staff was outstanding, communicative at every step of the process, heard me on the slightly odd instructions about where my easement is, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue(s), and got my device back to me before the next big storm. I think I should now be considered a regular, happy client. I only wish they could handle my motorcycle too.

A great company that does business the old fashion way. Excellent customer service and an excellent Service Manager! Erik is so knowledgeable and does all he can to get the repairs made and back in a timely manner. The only place to go for sales and service.
