Tapped Out Plumbing and Backflow

I met the owner of tapped out while at a plumbing supply company about a week ago. While I was there looking for a part he overheard me and came over to show me exactly what I needed. Then we chatted for a few minutes and I found him to be super friendly and personable. I asked for his card in case my DIY solution didn't work, and he provided it to me. About a week passed and the DIY solution was looking like it needed to become slightly more in depth than I was hoping, so I called Tapped Out. I spoke with someone in his office and she relayed my message to him, and he provided me some free advice, as well as a quote to solve the issue. On a Thursday night our hot water heater went out. Friday morning we started to call plumbers. One said it would be a week. Called Tapped Out Plumbing and they arrived Friday afternoon and got a new one installed by dinner time. We had to be at an event in the we morning hours on Saturday so we were grateful for their fast response. They were very respectful and polite. Explained to us everything they were doing and gave us some tips on general maintenance. Highly recommend them.

How many plumbers does it take to fix a leak? ONE! Tapped Out is amazing! We called them in a bit of a panic and needed someone right away, Beverly hooked us up. Got us on the schedule that day!
