TAPS really went to bat for us!!! Goodness, I could say SOOO much! We were contacted based on a query we made through Angi's list. Sami at TAPS was the first to reach out. We had tried filing a claim a few years before, but were told by our insurance that they would only give us about $1000, so we gave up. This time (2025) we knew we'd either need to begrudgingly foot the whole bill or find a roofer who was willing to go to bat for us with our insurance agency. Lynn came out to the house multiple times and truly committed to make the best case possible for us to get insurance to cover our roof. Lynn created "the best report I've ever seen", according to our insurance adjuster. We could not be MORE grateful!!! Jenna came over to get all the numbers and colors set, and Jacob did a great job

Jenna gave a thorough explanation of the options available to me and what TAPS recommend to update my roof ventilation. They had to reschedule because of weather and were so diligent in their communication. Team worked fast and their clean up was amazing! No loose materials or sharps left behind!

TAPS Exteriors and Farm Bureau Insurance worked together to give me a new roof after high winds began blowing off shingles. It is beautiful. I feel very secure in my home. Mr. And Mrs. Crumb know what they are doing. I felt comfortable putting the roofing job in their hands. The best part was that for a roofing job that cost over $16,000, I only had to pay $300. Amazing.
