Tar-Maax Paving

We decided to have Tar-Maax do our driveway and they did a fantastic job! Great, courtesy workers! I am so glad we went with them. They are great communicators, gave us a reasonable quote, came up with a good solution to a flooding issue, were clean and honest people. We would highly recommend Max and his crew!

Highly recommend this company! I hired them in 2024 to add on to my existing driveway; I waited a year to write this review, and the driveway has held up extremely well, with no issues. As part of the job, they used some dirt excavated for the new driveway, to fill some low spots in my yard, saving me from hiring a landscaper. They also pulled a small stump in my front yard. The price for the work was very reasonable, and the owner and his crew worked incredibly hard and efficiently. They were very diligent in compacting the dirt and gravel base layers under the new asphalt. The owner is a hardworking and accommodating guy. We hired Tar Maxx to do our driveway over and to say we are satisfied is an understatement. Max Bert and his crew were professional funny and engaging. They worked non stop from their time of arrival until they finished even staggering their breaks so that someone was always working…do to time constraints they were forced to leave before the final product (which was aesthetics) but to our surprise members of his crew arrived first thing the following morning to complete the job. On a weekend where it would have been understandable to hold off until the start of the following week (being the holy weekend of Easter) they were here bright and early and to say that they left it better than they found is selling them short.
