Target

I have called this store multiple times, chose all of the different options to talk to someone. No one ever answered the phone. Very poor customer service, employees are always too busy on their cell phones to be respectful. When my husband went to this location there were employees just standing at customer service talking but they couldn’t answer the phone? They were out of the item he was looking for…if someone would have answered it would have saved a lot of time.

Layla I believe was the name of our cashier today she was the sweetest person ever to my little girl, who lost her hair due to chemo. She made her day with a simple compliment can not say enough on how much that did for our family. Thank you Layla

The BIGGEST Target sign I have ever seen with excellent customer base and excellent staff! I laughed when I saw how big the sign was. Ordered for a store pickup and the item came out right away. A smile and a thank you. Wow. Then I went to the self checkout line and since the line was starting to grow, the worker opened up an extra kiosk. Wow. A worker that is actually paying attention? Then I had to return something and the worker knew exactly what I was talking about and it was all done smoothly. Wow. What is going on here? Target is not supposed to be this nice.

You have people lined up 4 to 5 plus deep in self checkout with almost no registers open. Takes way to long to check out and last time I checked i wasn't employed as a cashier at target. The dressing rooms where an un mitigated disaster. No organization and dirty as hell.

Normally like this Target. But the only cashier working 8:30 AM Sunday November 2nd (young black girl with glasses) was super unfriendly to the Latino and White guests, wouldn't even say anything to me or the white lady in front of me. But when a black man came to check out behind me, she was super friendly. Let alone she must've had an important text, because her phone was really important. Too bad self check out wasn't opened, so I could have avoided her standoffish attitude towards non black customers. Do better.
