This Target on Rea Rd is fantastic—super organized with a great tech section, clean restrooms, and a lovely range of maternity wear. They’ve even got Taylor Swift’s new album on vinyl and plenty of fun Halloween stuff to explore! Plus, there’s an eye clinic inside for quick checkups—so convenient while shopping!

This location is trash. Walked in to buy a Apple TV and a pair of beats headphones, the employee was not in the electronics area so I had to wait 10 minutes, then he says he has to walk with me all the way to the front of the store which I don’t care, but then I get to the front to pay and they’re acting like it’s a gold bar or something! Instead of ringing me up so I could buy the products, they turn it into a whole ordeal “I gotta ask this person” “wait a minute”. I told them to keep it and never mind. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I’ll stick with the Stonecrest location moving forward. Customer service here sucks!!

Target located at 9870 Rea Road in Charlotte, NC (Blakeney) is a well stocked, well run Target! They had everything I was looking for, in easy to find locations, though the store is a bit of a maze. Very competitive prices! It also includes a Starbucks at the front of it. My only complaint would be that there is limited parking for the very high volume that the lot gets. Store staff was friendly and helpful.

This is for Ms. Liz, customer service assistant....I want to THANK you for going above and beyond to accommodate me..You were truly remarkable with handling my returns with credit... We need more associates like yourself, and maybe customers will be more polite, and maybe even smile.

Absolutely inexcusable situation at the Target on Rea Road also known as the Blakeney Target in Charlotte NC. The manager in charge , Cam had no way of dealing with their mistakes and had no concern for the inexcusable mistakes that happened to us as customers. I ordered and paid for a TV on the Target dot com website. Got confirmation and pick up time for the Blakeney Target. Purchased at 4:00 pick up time was 6:00. We go to the store closer to 5 pm in hopes of getting it when it was ready. There were lots of the specific TV we chose on their shelves so we were confident it would be simple to get. We showed up at the pick up area and it wasn't ready so we left and came back at 6:00. Just before the clock hit 6:00 pm our order changed to “unavailable. “ We had to choose another loc
