Keep your personal belongings close when you’re at this target! I asked the employees at returns if anyone had returned a phone and they said no. I did some laps but I was tracking it from my boyfriend’s phone so I knew it was still inside the establishment. I tell this taller Hispanic girl with a full beat and long wavy hair that it’s saying my phone is where they take their returns and she walks directly to a bin with my phone on top of it. She got a bit defensive because I followed her back there so that I could hear it ringing and asks “Did you just follow me in here?” I’m watching it receive a call and she grabs it and hands it to me. Don’t think she would've given me my phone if I hadn’t followed her back there. I didn’t care about the merchandise stored back there I just wanted my p

I don’t think it’s fair or right that your employees have to man both the self checkout section in addition to the returns station. This area has always been understaffed, I hope (but I doubt) that these employees are being paid higher for having to split their attention between two sections that are constantly busy. I’d like to hope this isn’t the store manager’s doing, but rather the problem stems from even higher up. I still want to express disappointment though. Target, you need more staff or you need to pay the staff you do have higher for their efforts in doing work that should be otherwise split between more people. Trying to squeeze more work out of fewer workers isn’t the way to treat human beings while your CEO makes over 1mil each month off their backs. Self checkout is suppose

I know it is Christmas season, so the employees are really busy. But the last 2 weekends that I went to Target, these cups were sitting in the same spot. I don't blame anyone for the area being messy, I can imagine it's really hard to keep organized this time of year, but the starbucks and DD cups sitting there is gross. I don't know how employees/management have missed it this long.

I like shopping at target its the best you can find more here than Walmart i think because they have really good clothing and some good food.
