Im a target fan, but after the very impressive remodel at the Pace location, unfortunately it did not improve the customer service or cleanliness of the store. I've held off writing a review to see if any improvement. But honestly its worse now. The only friendly people I come in contact with, is the drive up clerks, very nice! And that service is awesome too. But other than lack of customer service (not being greeted, ignored by so many employees that are doing nothing but gossiping) why on earth would your bathrooms be disgusting every single time I go in a gag. Either someone is pencil whipping the cleaning chart or there's no assigned person. It's very very gross. Like hasn't been cleaned in weeks or months sometimes. A manager should probably check it periodically. Anyways, target

*I was kicked out of Starbucks and Target in Pace, FL for having a service dog!* Service Dog Discrimination Incident at Target/Starbucks in Pace, Florida On September 28, 2025, I experienced disability discrimination at a Target store with an in-store Starbucks in Pace, Florida, due to my service dog. Here's what happened: 1. I was in the store with my service dog for about an hour. 2. The Starbucks cashier came over to me and said “Ma’am, you have to leave because you have a service dog”. No other reasons were given. 3. When I spoke to the manager, I informed him that asking me to leave due to my service dog was illegal. 4. The manager claimed their only policy was to ask if a dog is a service animal. 5. However, no one actually asked me if my dog was a service animal. 6. Despite bei

The lack of upkeep in the ladies restroom is highly disappointing and disgusting. It’s a sanitary problem and needs to be addressed ASAP. The whole time I was in there each lady or little girl gasped at how gross it was. The checklist shows it hasn’t been tended to since 2 days prior.

Since remodeling, usually no regular checkouts are open. I do not enjoy self-checking out if I have more than 5 items. One time I had a cart full, no checkout lines open, I made a comment to the person in charge that I don't enjoy checking these many items out. She told me I could go to customer service. What if everyone went to customer service???? They would be overwhelmed! Shame on the corporation and our Pace store for poor customer service. There are a lot of elderly people or disabled people who can't do this. Give people a job who needs one.

The store was just remodeled and they added in self checkouts. I dislike self checkouts because it takes away from someone's job and I become the cashier. The line to use the self-checkouts is always excessively long and there is barely any room to actually set items that you're about to scan or have scanned, which makes juggling stuff in and out of your cart a pain. If people are forced to use the self checkouts, you should give them 5% off of their order, since you're now saving all the money not hiring cashiers. This may "seem" like a good customer experience because I have the convenience to check out my own items, but with the long lines and lack of actual humans, makes this a poor experience.
