This is a great Target! Every staff member we encountered was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond & resolve any issues we had! The store is clean, bright & full of beautiful and/or useful things. They have good sales also! We'll be shopping more at Target!

I placed a simple pickup order for one item (with a backup selected due to low stock). By the time I got in my car the next morning, the order was canceled with zero explanation. This was incredibly inconvenient while juggling a baby’s nap schedule, a sick dog, and limited time. I called the store for help and was met with the most bare minimum, uninterested customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The associate asked for my name, couldn’t find the order, offered no explanation, and said there was “nothing she could do.” When I asked for a manager, she hung up on me. I called back multiple times and got no answer. When I went into the store, the same associate blatantly lied about having spoken to me on the phone and continued to be dismissive. Came here to buy a rug for the house went to ask for help and bad customer service when I ask them where is the section of the rug they couldn’t tell me which aisle they are they talk to each other on the front door they just told me well is in the middle of the store we don’t know where it is they even didn’t bother to ask another person who works with them I was there for 20 min I left bc I couldn’t found it !

Wonderful location in the middle of great big box shopping heaven. Plenty of parking, lots of spots to return carts, too. Nice employees. And of course, everything you need or want in one place! Oh yeah, they have a Starbucks inside which is always busy but also always good. So enjoy shopping at this location. It is a good one!
