Target

I frequent this store and the closing associate, Emily, has always been absolutely phenomenal. She has consistently gone above and beyond when I have needed help— and when I have asked about an item, she knows where it is immediately and goes out of her way to assist. Overall, great staff and a clean store.

Even with convenience in kind, buying any produce or bakery items is a mistake here. Everything is basically always just discounted because it’s spoiling and half the bakery desserts seemed to be dried out from sitting on shelves forever without buying sold. By the way even if something looks fresh, nope it’s gonna spoil faster than anything at any of the other grocery stores near by.

This Is the most mid-target I’ve ever been too. I was excited about this target too, but unless you’re doing curbside/pick up.. the selection, sucks. The staff is a bit unfriendly. Not to mention, 15 items or less on self check out. Which would be whatever, but they have ONE single lane open. Target East Knoxville or Target West offers such a better variety, and friendly. You also don’t have to stand in line because they are adequately staffed, or have self checkout open to whoever.

This was my first visit to this Target store in Sevierville Tennessee. How was vacationing in the area and went to this Target store. WOW it looked like it it just opened not sure how long it has been open but the store is beautiful. The story is so clean. The floors just shine so bright. The store is laid out so nicely. I was in there for over an hour just looking around. The store had just opened for the day I believe I was the first customer but it is such a beautiful story you must go see it. The staff is so friendly and professional and helpful. If your vacation in the area or if you live in an area make sure you take a visit to this Target store it's so nice.

Customer service (return and exchange department) WORST PEOPLE EVER. They don't know how to fix or how to offer a solution for customers😒 I came to exchange a vicks humidifier but it was defective and Rebecca prees return. So I was going to get another one in store to keep the same price of the item because it was a coupon when i bought it. And there was none in stock so i came to customer service again to ask them to order it online and they said their machine wasn't working😏
