Target

If you've yet to visit a Target and need a review then you must still be living under a (nice?) rock 😜 Hope my wisdom is at least of some minor assistance to someone 😉

Target in Van Nuys is our go-to stop at Best California Movers when we need supplies for moving jobs. Easy parking, well-organized store, and you can quickly find boxes, storage bins, cleaning supplies, and other moving essentials in one place. It saves our team a lot of time before and between moves. Very reliable spot when you need things fast and without hassle.

Prices are usually the same as online prices. And if I need a price match it's easily done. But... I purchased a couple of Lowe’s gift cards at Target (Raymer /Van Nuys CA) on December 24th 2024 for a Christmas present for my brother. When he used them at a Lowes in El Paso, TX the cashier scratched off to reveal the pin, both cards only had a 2 digit pin instead of a 4 digit pin. So I don’t know if these cards sold at the store were fake, hacked or scammed. Either way Target charged me $75 for merchandise at the register for cards that were not legit. After a few phone calls Lowes said the balance is zero. Lowes said I have to go to the store where I purchased the cards and speak with the manager. I went to and spoke with a Team Leader and he said that it’s basically out of the stores

This Target is good overall, but it never has carts when you arrive. I barely see someone collecting carts outside to replenish. Today, I watched 10 different people have to go back outside and grab a cart to bring into the store. I watched someone address it with an employee, and they said they were collecting some now... but there was no one outside doing so, and 20 mins later, the cart area was still empty
