Target

Employees seem miserable, are slow, and have bad attitudes: 10/4/25 at 11:30am — Never have I waited so long in a line at Target (even on a Saturday) in my life. The self checkout had probably about 20 people in it and there were only 3 open regular lanes. Jessie, the cashier with purple hair, decided that after my daughter and I had already been standing in her line for about two minutes that she would shut her light off and that she wouldn’t be helping us. She could have shut her light off and helped us, nobody was behind us. I then saw Jessie rolling out one of those “Target Circle” membership kiosks, the one advertising the paid membership. So I guess, priorities — sell memberships over helping paying customers right in front of you (who have a paid membership btw). So then I go to

Customer service repeatedly hung up on me when I called in. The representative I finally got ahold of gave me an 800 number for a warranty that should absolutely have been handled at the store level. Editing this to follow up- The 800 number referred me back to the store. I had to get a manager involved for a simple return. The manager was very confused as to why this chain of events happened in the first place. Never in my life have I had to battle this hard over a $30 charger that was still under warranty. There is a reason I try not to shop here. Target has gone so far downhill in the last ten years.

I don’t normally review grocery stores but this store is so gross. I do personal shopping here for customers and I’m CONSTANTLY looking at the expiration dates. As whom ever they have stocking their grocery isles do not rotate product at all. I’ve found many items that were way past expiration dates. I’ve taken them off the shelves and when I go back someone places them back on the shelves. Gross. They’re also almost always out of stock of a lot of items. Their isles are almost always a mess. It takes me FOREVER to find an associate when I need something or have a question. Says theyre hiring but where are all the associates ??? I’ve shopped here myself and checked the dates on a frozen box of cheese cake. Said good until 2027. I ate one and it tasted like the cheese was EXPIRED. Threw the

nasty attitudes from the guy working in the tech section and the miserable little lady with the fan around her neck… came in around noon and the first guy had a snarky comment ab the price of a ring (you’re not buying it), and the checkout lady was snippy and rude. I get it’s the holidays but lighten up, we were not rude in any way

It's a good, target not to much a fan of the remodel. But the pharmacy is top notch. Always friendly. The remodeled section of the men's area I do like. If you are looking for pet Halloween costumes, they have them there.
