I just want to thank the amazing Target team that helped me look for my autistic son tonight. 💙 While I was looking at women’s undergarments, my son decided it was the perfect time to elope to the toy section (which is where one of the employees thankfully found him). I was a little anxious, but the staff handled everything so quickly and kindly that it put me at ease right away. Target truly hired caring, fast-thinking, and smart employees. I’m so grateful for how calm and professional everyone was. Thank you all for your help and compassion! Just wanted to commend yall. Thank you so much.

Super disorganized and rude employees. I asked a worker to remove the tags on a shirt and she kept staring at me and I eventually had to tell her to go. Then she takes minutes talking and when I tell her I had to go so that she can move quickly she gave me attitude. I gave her three clothes and all three of them still had the tags and I had to point them out to her. She then gave me attitude and purposefully dropped the clothes on the floor. Then when she helped someone else beside me she gave a passive aggressive comment that they were much nicer to deal with. Never coming back here again!

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Target location and felt I was being profiled. An employee began recording me while I was shopping, even though I was not at self-checkout and had done nothing suspicious. She also blocked the checkout belt during a very crowded time, drawing unnecessary attention to me. When I noticed she quickly went to the front to speak with the cashier after she realized she was seen by me. I already have anxiety about shopping in stores, and this interaction made it much worse. I have contacted customer service, but wanted to post here so others are aware of this location. Amanda...thank you! After a terribly hard day (week, month, year), I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping. I had just downloaded the Klarna app, figuring this was the answer to my money/Christmas present dilemma. I was unsure how to use the app in-store, and Amanda very patiently walked me through it. Additionally, when I realized that I wasn't going to be able to cover all the gifts I had chosen, she very patiently removed items, until I was able to complete my payment. All the while, I was wishing the floor would open up and swallow me, she showed kindness and understanding. I might add, all of this happened after their 11:00 closing time. She is a beautiful example of what customer service is all about, and I sincerely hope that Target appreciates and values her. And thank you

Target makes my shopping so easy. Whether i’m ordering online & pick up at store or having it delivered, or shopping in person, they always have what I’m looking for at great prices/ Lots of checkout isles and plenty of staff to direct me to correct dept. I love Target. Employees are so friendly.❤️
