I bought it Saturday the 15th of November. Brought it home. Today is the 17th on a Monday. It leaked all the water out of it. I called the manufacturer and asked him was the receiving they would offer me. It was on the side seam. It wasn't welded well. They told me to buy some kind of metal welding epoxy to put on it. They did offer to fix it or anything. So now I'm going to spend more money when the product was not good. So the best thing I can do is just take it back to Lowe's
Could not be happier with their customer service. Lost some parts from my disc and called for assistance. I spoke with a receptionist and she asked if she could research and call me back. Within an hour I had a call back and the parts numbers that I needed. Ordered parts and they were on my door step two days later. Hats off to Tarter for exceptional customer service.
Slow unloading they dont seem care about anything.
Very unprofessional personal in the front office. Would be a great place for OSHA and or the health department to take a close look at. Very nasty from the front door to the back.
