Tascone Contracting

We have a nearly 100 year old house with a Vermont slate roof. Recently we experienced a leak that nobody could repair. We finally contacted Ed Tascone who found the problem immediately and solved it. The work was done on time and on budget. Ed's workers were clean, efficient and courteous. We were extremely happy with the service and would not consider using anyone else in the future.

Ed and his team are great. They came the next day to quote my repair job, the price was fair and his work is beautiful. Highly professional, courteous and honest. He even fixed the trim around my door as a favor which was not part of the original scope. I’ll be calling Tascone for all of my roofing and exterior needs.

After my experience this week, I can honestly say that Tascone Contracting in Port Washington is amazing. This google listing has a different permutation of his company name and the incorrect address, btw, and he's been trying to fix it. (They do more than slate roofing, btw.) As the owner and customer-facing contact, Ed is the consummate professional - kind, courteous, and providing exceptional service. He communicates clearly, at the right cadence and times, particularly when trying to schedule in between wacky weather. On top of the excellent communication, patience and good humor, his crew is amazing, replacing my leaking copper bay window roof.
