I have had nothing but great experiences working with Tasse. They help with our oil and boiler and also all of our plumbing - always coming through in a pinch when the unexpected happens! It’s always a pleasure speaking with team members over the phone and the crew working in your home are always enjoyable to have around - truly!

As a first-time oil heat homeowner, I could not be happier with the service and employees at Tasse's. Their initial system evaluation was incredibly educational. They explained how the system worked and how to keep it running for years to come. Subsequent visits (including and emergency Christmas Day repair!!) have proven to be equally as exemplary. Quality company with great employees!

After my current propane provider left me high and dry during a cold snap, I saw a Facebook post from someone else going through the exact situation with the same provider. Kris at Tasse posted that they could help that customer, they helped her the same night she posted. I posted asking if they could help me. They came out within a few hours and replaced our tanks and got our heat back on. It’s obvious how much this company cares about people and its customers. You’ve got a customer for life in us, I will be telling everyone I know about this amazing company with exceptional customer service service!

I highly recommend this company. We ran out on propane for the household around 9:30pm, being terribly ditched by this other company despite repeated attempts to reach out and being told to wait. We planned on leaving the house for the time being, worrying about any leaks and whether or not we’ll be able to withstand the cold after everything shut off. Happened to text our plumber friend for advice on what should be turned off before we left for a nearby hotel. He connected us to Tasse’s and let me tell you how they came through!!
