I can see why this company has nothing but 5 stars. Donnie came out to clean and inspect my gas fireplace that we haven’t used in over 5 years. Very professional, very neat and very thorough. I highly recommend them and will be having them back every year to inspect and clean. In fact I am having them come out to check out my well pump and pressure tank in a few days. Thank you.

Donny was very knowledgeable regarding my gas fireplace. He took it all apart, piece by piece and cleaned everything. He found and repaired one tiny gas leak and one loose connection. He took his time explaining how the gas fireplace works, as this old 1913 house is all new to me. Donny was very helpful, courteous and took extra measures not to leave a mess on the floor.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Technician spent the necessary time to find the problem with our gas fireplace and to get it back to working properly. Excellent knowledge of our fireplace, and did a great job in keeping everything clean. Answered all of my questions. Highly recommend.

The tech was very knowledgeable and savvy around our gas fireplace. He efficiently performed the service and then because we are new to this house, gave me a run down of our system including safety features. Very helpful.

This family owned business is top notch. They know the business and I have never had to call them back to re-fix something. They are also certified in gas plumbing. Debbie is great to schedule appointments and answering questions and Timmy and Ryan are super to deal with. They are my go-to for all plumbing needs and they don't make you feel dumb if you tried to fix something yourself. Ironically I had to call them after hours for an irrigation problem (not their issue) but Timmy and Debbie were out to dinner and came anyway. That is unheard of but so thankful. Very happy with their service.
