Check the warranties yourself. I called in and asked about a water heater they installed a few years ago and if it was still under warranty. I was told only the tank and not the parts were warrantied. I called the manufacturer of my water heater and was informed that both the tank and the parts are indeed covered under a warranty and they sent me the replacement at no cost. Other than that, the price of the part they tried to sell me was accurate and the price for labor quoted was fair.

Tate's plumbing saved my family from a nightmarish sewage back up situation. They made sure all of our pipes were cleared out, and even helped me with my garbage disposal. Fast, friendly, and professional! They went above and beyond when my family needed them most.

Call with Backed up pipes and they showed up within an hour. Reasonably priced and and the employee named Travis was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommended. Psa: I called T&S plumbing in Salem and 5 days later still never showed up. I'm extremely happy that someone suggested Tates.

The plumber arrived, he looked at our shower and then shut the water off. Took it apart and look it over. He then left and went and got parts. He was back in about 15 mins. Put it back together. All together he took less than an hour. I will call them again when I need plumbing done again!!

Plumber was honest about our old faucets. He did what he could do to fix the leaks. Really impressed with this company.
