Spoke with Jason on phone and discussed issues with refridgerator. He determined the unit was almost 20 years old and advised me to buy new fridge instead of him doing work on it. Had bad experience with Sears Home Service repair for ice maker not making ice. (Failed diagnosis on first visit, failure to obtain part needed to repair after second visit over a period of 2 months, called on day of 3rd scheduled visit to say the repair man got sick and they wanted to reschedule another 2 weeks later.). Called Jason Tatum and he came at 6 PM the same day and had the ice maker repaired in an hour. (I had obtained the needed condenser motor on my own after Sears said repeatedly they could not get it.) Jason was very efficient and pleasant. I strongly recommend Tatum Appliance Repair.

Jason did an excellent job. He was also the only one out of 3 to call back. I would highly recommend him everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.

Highly recommend. Washer was on it's last leg. Jason came out and found the problem in less than 30 minutes. Replaced several worn parts now runs like new for less than $200. Honest and professional .
