I tried but he was not available. Mr. Tatum is probably the best contractor Jackson County has ever had. He cares enough to do an excellent job; large or small. I have talked with several home owners who have used him and they all say the same, he does an excellent job, has good communication skills with clients and staff. I was not successful in hiring him as he has sold his company. Tried to hire him 11 years ago, but he was not available. He did come out and talk with us. If you had him as your contractor, or you moved into a home he built, you are lucky.

I will say that the professionalism, vision, expertise, and character that Brother Guy Tatum and his team showed us is the best. The team carefully embraced the vision and worked to bring it to past to leave a legacy for the generations to come. Brother Tatum was honest and cared about us just he would care for his own family. The team was professional and always attentive even to the most intricate details involved in the design and building phases. The workmanship and unique qualities of the building leave us in awe of the mighty power of God. From my place as Pastor and Teacher, I say job well done. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

Mr Tatum made what could have been the most stressful experience one that was very enjoyable every step of the way. House turned out exactly how I wanted. Very pleased!!!

After a year and our home is still not built. Very disappointed. I picked this home builder because they had such great reviews, unfortunately this hasn’t been my experience with them. After over a year our house sits unfinished with little to no communication from the builder as to why.

I don’t recommend!
