When giving me my quote and providing repairs they were honest and did not once try to upsell me. Taylor A/C is one of the most honest companies I have dealt with and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking repairs or a tune up on the A/C system.

Amazing service and customer experience. We had an old system that we knew would eventually need to be replaced when we purchased our home. After hearing an odd noise coming from the central unit, we called Taylor HCAV and they had someone out the next day. Come to find out our fan had become unstable and had begun boring its way into the motor. The faulty parts were removed immediately and after a quick consultation we decided to replace the system. They were able to get it done the next day meaning only one night without cooling right as the heat of summer set in. System is running great and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a local expert that cares about customers.

I have used Taylor A/C several times for both repair and replacement. Their prices are good, their team is friendly. The only complaint on the brand new unit is that we still have one room that is a lot different temperature than another room and they won't respond to fix it. I figured maybe they were busy in the summer with more urgent issues, but we are still waiting. No complaints on the repair job. It was great.

I cannot say enough positive things about Travis and the entire team! They did a full 3-unit system replacement for my family in 2018, and it has been flawless. Not to mention how much money the newer systems have saved me in power costs, per month. They are very fair on price and left the attic and house super-clean when they were finished. Taylor A/C & Heating are the best around!

Mr. Taylor and his guys are great. They installed two new systems for me a few years ago. Very professional and do good quality work. Had an issue with one of the units (bad contactor) after about 2 years. I gave them a call, they showed up the same day, fixed the unit and said they would mail me an invoice ($30.00 if i recall). I have recommended them several times and everyone that used them was pleased.
