I hired Nick for the first phase of renovations on my home’s main level (kitchen, dining, living room, and master suite). What stood out immediately was his creativity with the layout - he helped reimagine the space in ways the other contractors didn’t. We removed a hallway to add a pantry and expand the master closet with a stackable washer/dryer, installed an LVL beam to open up the kitchen and dining area, widened doorways, updated the master suite layout, and installed continuous flooring throughout the entire level. The whole project, including demo, structural work, flooring, and painting, was completed in just 3½ weeks. The transformation is incredible! I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor who is creative, efficient and communicative.

Customer service; I received daily updates on the job status including images. Any and all changes or recommendations were ran by me first. 3. Professionalism; The crews respected my property and left the work site clean and without any evidence other than the work completed that they were even on site. 4. We hired Nick and his crews to do a full remodel. We had them move several structural walls, opening up the floor plan. We also had the kitchen and bathrooms redone and they turned out magnificent! Nick did the design for the whole project and it was super user friendly and just makes sense. We put our laundry room in our walk-in-closet and that was a complete game changer as well. I can't say enough good about how the project was handled. The communication was way better than any other project we have tackled. We will definitely be using Nick and Taylor Construction in the future!!! You won't go wrong!!!!

I was in a huge rush and called Nick on a Thursday night to come see if he was able to help. He quoted my demo and rebuild job that night and also had his heavy equipment delivered at 10pm. By 5am his guys were hard at work. I can’t begin to thank him for how hard these guys worked to meet my 4 day deadline. I even threw them some curveballs and added doors and windows that we didn’t initially include. He laughed and said bring them on. Nick was very responsive and was on site many times a day to oversee all work and kept me informed of all major issues or delays. I was very impressed with their work ethic and speed. 10/10 from me!
