They were bought out by Lewis Oil. DO NOT USE LEWIS OIL.! they are the worst. Nothing but headaches since Taylor sold to Lewis Oil. This is coming from a person whose family founded the original Lewis Oil Company. They do not treat their customers well. Their service is horrendous. My example today is my last straw ....I made a service appointment for my furnace 6 weeks ago for this Saturday. Was given a time frame of 8-12. Adjusted my schedule accordingly. When there was not even a confirmation call in the morning as requested I knew that there was going to be another problem. This after so many with their company. Kathy ...their extremely rude emergency service person...proceeded to tell me it was not getting anyone until late in the afternoon 3-4....a long cry from the original agreeme
