He was very prompt on arrival time and had my car door open within two min. He was also very reasonable with his price. I would totally recommend this locksmith!

My truck key broke in the ignition at 2AM in the middle of nowhere and he showed up in less than 20 minutes to our rescue. He was able to help us quick and the price was fair. He did a great job and we’re very grateful.

Extremely efficient and professional service. I was locked out of a machine for work at 6:30pm in Greenville, IL. I looked up locksmiths in my area and decided to call Taylor Lock & Key Service. The phone may have rang twice before Ed Taylor answered. I explained my situation and he said he could be on site in 45 minutes. 25 minutes later Ed Taylor arrived and explained he had never worked with this kind of lock before. Nevertheless, by 7:30pm the machine was unlocked and I was shaking Ed Taylor's hand with a digital receipt on my phone, and a written receipt in my pocket. All for about a third of the price I was expecting. Outstanding!
