Taylor Oil really impressed me with their responsiveness and customer service. The work we requested was done earlier than expected and their tech, Ken, was able to fix our oven that another company told us needed to be fully replaced. In addition, both Mike and Ken were friendly and communicative. Great experience with this company.

Caring, detailed and responsive customer service is hard to come by these days, but Taylor Oil delivered on all of these for us! We reached out during a snowstorm after discovering we were completely out of oil. Within a couple of hours they were able to squeeze a delivery in for us. Shauna, Mike and Bryan were a pleasure to work with, and they have a new customer as a result. Highly recommended Taylor Oil.

Ordered from them three separate times and have had issues every time from them filling my tank all the way to just not showing up. Was told Friday or Monday- no one showed, no calls, NOTHING. They filled my tank up all the way when I asked for the minimum and it left us in a bad situation. Very greedy and unprofessional company, they need some kind of management change because there’s a problem every time single time.
