Kevin and the staff at the HQ office were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kevin was incredibly kind and patient, and really understood what we were looking for. On top of that, their pricing was the best in the market. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I had subterranean termites in my laurel oak trees and several tunnels on my concrete block house. The technician that came out clearly explained what needed to be done and went straight to work. He quickly drilled holes in the concrete patios surrounding my house and then pumped pesticide into the holes and injected pesticide around the dirt areas around the house. The whole operation took less than three hours, and the price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with Taylor Pest Management and would definitely recommend them!

No longer impressed. I have been a customer for the past 5 years. Paid my contract in advanced every year. I received a bill for $20.00 at the end of my contract. I called the office to questioned the extra charge. I was told that my contract went up and I had to pay. I explained to the unpleasant women that you can not increase a prepaid contract price. I said you can increase my new contract. I had no problem with it. Paid my account over the phone in advanced every year again. A few weeks later I received a cheque in the mail for a refund. I called the office as I did not understand why. She became nasty told me I was rude on the phone, and nasty to the technician. I asked to speak to the owner. She said quote “no, he doesn’t want to speak to you either” I just bet the owner is not awar

I've been using them for 20 years and could not be happier. Super responsive whenever I call, and always come when they say they will. It's entirely due to them that my house is bug & termite free!
