Great experienced team who really knows their craft. Incorporated all the unique design features we wanted and added lots of tricks I didn’t think of. Always ready to assist even after the pool was completed. This was my 8th pool and this was the best group I’ve worked with.

I've used Taylor pools for a few things from fixing pipes to installing a new pump and sand filter. Recently we had an armadillo shred our pool liner and I called them up. They came out and gave me my estimate and we got it scheduled. They completed the job and I they have done an amazing job. My wife and children love the new liner and they not only installed the new liner but also added everything needed to have the water chemistry perfect. I've had nothing but great experiences with this company and I highly recommend them.

Beyond friendly folks! Delivered a flatbed load for them, they got me unloaded quick and a day early, very friendly and great service! I will definitely haul anything anywhere for them!

I was with Taylor Pool for a few months. I just moved to the area not even a year ago and Im Also new to owning a pool. In the beginning of using the pool cleaning service I had no issue. I started to notice that there was sediment left behind after the pool cleaning. It was my intent to tell the guy who was cleaning my pool that this was happening but when I did see him, It wasn't on my mind. Then June 14, I had an issue with my plumbing and for the next 3 months, I had no running water which ultimately led to my pool pump not working also. So I went online to see how to keep the water clean and blue until I replaced the pump. Taylor pools staff, namely Michelle Taylor, knew this situation I was in. I have been dealing with a severe pool leak since last year after Taylor pool replaced our pool liner. We paid them well over seven thousand dollars for the work. We've had to replace water every day and doubled our water/sewage bill because of it. They have been to our home about five times since November (even though I've had to call weekly) and haven't found the source yet. I have had to basically harass them constantly. They sent a diver to check for a liner leak because they haven't been able to find one and then expect me to pay the diver 200$ after they arranged for him to come. When I told the owner, Chris, that I expected them to pay the diver, he said the leak isn't their fault and it isn't the liner so he feels they shouldn't have to pay. I didn't request the diver, and i
