These guys are great. Super knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to discuss anything you have questions about. Nick does the sales and thoroughly explains their products and their process. Jeff is the owner -- and I appreciate that someone with an engineering PhD is running this company! They do things right. I found out about them through a website that does windows reviews. My experience with Taylor Rae was very impressive. They are a local business, which was important to us and they had very good reviews. Their entire staff is so helpful, professional and punctual. The replacement of 2 very large bay windows went so smoothly and their experienced installation staff were so neat! The windows are so easy to operate, so draft proof and are beautiful to look at! I would highly recommend their team.

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. We went through all the quoting process with competitors as anyone would. The only thing I regret is wasting all that time with others. The windows were top rated, the install was great. Jeff was upfront and a joy to work with. A whole house full of windows is scary and a big investment. After discussing the job with Jeff I had nothing but confidence and he delivered. His crew fought the elements to get the job scheduled and completed as soon as the windows arrived. I look forward to doing business with Taylor Rae in the future and have already recommended them to 2 other friends. Taylor Rae was not the cheapest or the most expensive. But we weren't looking for cheap nor overpriced. The windows and the job are worth every penny.

I met the owner and his team last year. They replaced two large 4 sectional windows in the front of the home. Look great and installed correctly. This year they replaced 5 windows and a front door. We couldn't be happier with our new front door. The front door is the first thing we see when we pull up to our house and I love the "clean" look that the house now has. The first picture(the green set of doors) is the before and the second picture is the after. Jeff and his guys were so easy to work with through the whole process- especially because we had a very hard time finding a set of doors to fit in our unique size space. We strongly recommend them because they were easy to work with, do a great job, and are neat and clean as they install.
