I've been consistently happy with Taylor AC. When I bought my house 10 years ago, Taylor honored a warranty on the existing unit. I eventually had to get it replaced, and they did it efficiently. I've been using them ever since for maintenance (when I remember). They prioritize existing clients - and you always want to be on the good side of a local AC company! 😂 Christian was over today to fix a leak and recharge the gas, and he was fast, friendly, and efficient. I will continue using Taylor and will continue recommending them to friends and family.

We live in GA but own a vacation home in St. Augustine. Our heating and air unit needed to be replaced. Taylor Refrigeration and Air Conditioning was quick to go out and give us a quote. We were able to replace our old unit right away! Great prices and great customer service! They made the entire process for us very easy.

I recently determined that I needed to replace my 15 yr old upstairs HVAC system. I received several quotes and found that Taylor Refrigeration and Air Conditioning provided the best value for me. They were responsive and detailed with their quote and the unit and new thermostat were installed while we were away for a few days. Their technicians were thorough, neat, and cleaned up after the installation was complete. They even came back out after we returned to make sure we were comfortable with the operation of the new digital WI-FI thermostat. I would highly recommend them! I also intend to have them provide a maintenance program going forward.

Our heat went out on Sunday and it was freezing. I called the on call service and someone came out that same day. Mike, their technician, was great! He's was very thorough and he explained everything to us. It ended up being an electrical issue. This isn't my first time using Taylor Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. It doesn't matter if I'm speaking with someone that answered the phone or if it's a technician in my home, I know that I'm going to get the help and service that we need.
