Chad came out and took care of my issue the same day I called he was very polite respectful and professional would recommend him any day great company and in my opinion a great guy doing the work for the ones giving bad reviews y'all must be unable to satisfy no matter what someone does for you.

The owner of this company is very nice and respectful. The 2 that came out to do the actual job did not do the job properly. My husband dug up the lid to the tank. After charging almost double what the last company charged us, they did an incomplete job. They only pumped the liquid side. Being a housewife I had no idea, when my husband got home he was livid. He called the owner to see if they would come back and complete the job, he said he needed another $200 to come back out and do what they should have done in the first place! We will never call them again!

Unreliable and rude. I had been in touch with this company and scheduled an appointment for service over a week ago. I am moving, and was out of state - coming back to TN this weekend specifically to get a septic issue taken care of while I sell my house. I called back today after they did not show during the time we set, and was told, in a very short tone, they were tied up and shorthanded and would not come out. Refused to give me the name of someone else who could come instead. Don't bother with them. Find someone else who can actually keep an appointment.
