As luck would have our air conditioner quit at 6:30 on a Friday night. I called Taylormade and Christian was here to fix it in 10 minutes !! I recently hired TaylorMade Solutions to perform maintenance on my AC. It was a positive experience and making an appointment was easy. First and foremost, the receptionist was accommodating, efficient and responsive. As a side note, a live person answered the phone and I didn’t have to talk to an answering machine. The service expert (owner) was punctual and ready to work. I was pleasantly surprised with his technical knowledge and seamless diligence. Moreover, he performed an in-depth evaluation to include cleaning my AC’s filter. Most importantly, he explained the procedures and findings in layman’s terms.
