The house I purchased (2nd home owner), Taylors did all the HVAC work (equipment and install). If you use them or have purchased a home that the GC has used them for HVAC . Be sure to check all the duct work where it comes out of the ceiling. They left gaps between the drywall and duct work. Started noticing mold and mildew around the grills and once I took the grills down this is what was found (see pictures). This was around every single vent in my house. I have had to caulk all the gaps, & buy new grills. This contractor does cheap work and doesn’t care about future home buyers.

Taylor’s Heating and Air is reliable, efficient, and affordable! This past fall they replaced our HVAC system and did it for a VERY reasonable price and with an extremely competent service team - from the initial quote from Billy, to Heather in scheduling/billing, to the installation . . . We couldn’t have asked for more. This past week, they came out and replaced freon in our separate mini-split within a day of us calling. We would highly recommend Taylor’s Heating and Air!

Received same day service when we lost heat during the recent snow storm. Tech was polite, informative, cleanly, and organized. Quickly identified the problem, got us up and running and made arrangements for an electrician to contact us to address a related problem. Very satisfied with the entire process. Highly recommend.

They came yesterday so I don’t have a bill yet but Mike and Nick were professional, respectful and efficient. The communication was excellent. I was kept informed when they were due to arrive which is a big thumbs up for most people.

Very pleased with the service. The tech was courteous, polite and professional. He explained the service and found that we needed a filter in the return. Would definitely recommend Taylor's Heating and Air to others.
