Josh was very nice tech. He work quickly and he let me clean crumbs on my over that I would not have seen if he didn't take it apart. He did the work in a short time and was on his way to his next appointment. Thank for sending a nice tech.

Josh was absolutely amazing. He found the problem quickly and took extra steps to make sure we won't have the same issue again. Followed up after the repair was completed to ensure everything was still working properly. All around great service.

AWESOME company!!!! My garage Frigidaire refrigerator stopped working. I had just done my shopping!!!! Food melting everywhere! I have an extended warranty but your"re on your own collecting information. these days....getting a technician ect. The fridge was 2 years old. I was told by Frigidaire it as a common close ended compressor problem! Oh No.. Not the compressor! I called 10 companies. TB Electronix was the ONLY COMPANY to contact me back..sent an EXTREMELY knowledgable repairman out to my house and in 5 minutes he knew the problem ..ordered the part..a few days later he was back. It was a small part that controlled the temperature. This technician was SO professional and kind.. as I ask a lot of questions! ( I'm going to find the technician's name to add to this revie

The office staff did a good job of coordinating the service for my refrigerator. And the technician Eddie was knowledgeable, as well as courteous and professional. This was a repair service through an extended warranty from Lowes.

Service technician came out to service Avallon wine refrigerator. Had to call the office to see if they even serviced the appliance. He was told yes. Proceed to spend the next 1/2 hour googling the unit and reading the manual that came with it. Never pulled the unit out or did any diagnostics. Told us he was ordering a new compressor and would be back with another technician. As an aside: He showed up to the appointment with his wife in the car. Said he had to take her to an eye appointment. I do not think he ever intended to resolve or troubleshoot our issue. 12 days later I follow up and come to find out they do not service this appliance and there was no communication regarding this. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional.
