We cannot recommend T & B Heating and Air enough! After our heat went out late at night, Eric was the only person who actually answered our call. He showed his true dedication by driving all the way from Senath to Kennett immediately after a basketball game just to make sure we weren't left freezing. He told us straight up that he didn't want us sleeping in the cold, and he didn't even care what time it was as long as he got our system fixed. Eric was not only helpful and respectful but all around was an amazing person to meet. When I first contacted him, it was under the recommendation of a fellow contractor in his field. I was not disappointed. Day one of calling, he had walked my partner and I through a few basic maintenance activities to ensure that we did not have to essentially waste any money and still be able to get our house hold cooling. Our house was cooling that same night. When it once again started acting up, he was able to meet us and make a full diagnostic of our system and ensured and avoided the idea of the need to purchase a new system.
