I wish I had more stars!!! Gave Todd a call and his serviceman Ric Long was here within twenty minutes. Worked on my heat pump that was cracked. Recharged it with Freon and had it up and running less than two hours! I like using them as their service guys are professional and they are very trustworthy guys!!! Give them a call you will not regret the great service and reasonable prices!

We have a 30-year-old natural gas floor furnace, and we thought that it had finally bit the dust. Since the weather has gotten colder recently, we tried to light the pilot light and get the furnace turned on, but we couldn't get it working. We called T&C and spoke to the owner, and he was able to send someone out right away. The repairman soon had our furnace working as good as new. Everyone was professional and incredibly polite and kind. We would definitely recommend T&C to anyone needing HVAC work done. Thank y'all so much!!!!!!!

My company and I have used T&C Heating and Cooling over the past several years. Up until this year, they have provided good services. Unfortunately, on Wednesday, June 25, I called them and described the problems I was having with my HVAC System. I was told someone would be at my house on Thursday, June 26, 2025 or Friday, June 27, 2025. Since they were unable to make it, I called them Friday morning, June 27, 2025. The Office Manager confirmed Rick had my ticket and would call me today when he was on the way to my house. As a result, I was unable to attend a funeral of a friend that was scheduled on this day. Todd and Divina Williams are great to do business with. They care about their customers. Rick Long, serviceman, is one of the finest technicians. He is very knowledgeable in his field. T and C is the only H& A company I will call for repair or replacement. Very trustworthy.
