TC Metal Roofing

I have a home with a metal roof that was installed 26 years ago. The roof has done extremely well with all of the storms that have passed through central Florida during that time. But it was time to get it inspected for potential problems. I called TC Metal Roofing and I couldn't have been happier with the help they provided!They sent out Duane to do the inspection and he was definitely the right guy. He took his time up on the roof, checked the peaks, valleys, gutters, vent "boots", and the 4,500 screws. He spent time in the attic as well looking for any water intrusion evidence as well as potential damage by rodents. My roof was overall in good shape but he found several items that needed attention. The crew did an excellent job. Our new roof turned out better than we expected. The whole process was easy. I could tell right away that I was dealing with actual roofing professionals. Everyone was respectful and cleaned up the mess from the old shingles. TC Metal Roofing was great from first contact to job completion. They were thorough on the free inspection and quoted me an affordable rate right off. The roof was installed by Isaias Gonzalez, project manager and his crew which was timely, professional and great looking. The crew cleaned up any and all debris and the roof looks great. I highly recommend TC Metal Roofing if you want a quality roof installed.

Our patio roof had been leaking off and on for a few years. My husband was putting a bandaid on by using flex seal. Enough was enough! We love our new metal roof. James was so great staying in touch throughout the whole process. Each of the supervisors continued to keep us updated while the work was taking place. Plus, I really felt that all the workers took pride in their work and did an excellent job. Everyone we met and dealt with was so very nice plus didn’t mind answering any questions we had. We are so happy with our beautiful roof and have received such nice comments from our neighbors.
