I recently visited this store and was immediately struck by the chaotic atmosphere, with kids running around everywhere. My experience with the staff was mixed. When I ordered cabinets, one employee suggested switching to a different size due to stock issues, which I was willing to accommodate. However, this threw off my quantity calculations. The employee reassured me that I could return any extras without issue, but that didn't turn out to be the case. When I returned two unopened cabinets, I was charged a 20% restocking fee, which I felt was unfair given the initial promise. The fact that the owner is a pastor made me initially trust the business, but my experience left me disappointed. 04/08/2025 13:52:16.
