It was a 101° today and our air conditioning simply stopped cooling. We called Team Air and they sent out thier technician. Jack was here within 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and informative and within just moments, had diagnosed the issue, and began to go to work. After fixing the issue, he had also noticed an additional fault, that most likely led to the failure in the system and promptly fix that as well. I was extremely impressed with their work and their customer service. My wife and I are both retired military and are very thankful that we called. We definitely would recommend Team Air for all of your heating and cooling service needs. Thanks again.

Lance from Team Air provided quick responses, great service. Jack came out and provided great communication as to what the problem was and the work that was to be done. He went above & beyond in the repairs & with customer service . Team Air is and has been my go to company for several years now.

Kyle was terrific! Came out to troubleshoot our AC not working and found our thermostat had failed. Was very communicative and was able to get us what we considered a reasonable quote for the repair. We opted for a few extra items as well. The service was pleasant and would recommend Kyle and Team Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. to anyone that is experiencing AC issues. They will keep you cool!

The service was fine, I would only suggest that if the tech is running behind schedule. You notify the customer, as I had to take off 2-days and the tech showed up after the scheduled time. I understand things happen, that's why all parties need to communicate. However, Jack did a great job!

Great company with great people. I had to have my entire unit replaced and Team Air was able to get me fixed up quickly and did a great job. I highly recommend Team Air to everyone for all of your AC needs!
