This company was hired by the seller of the home I purchased to conduct a termite inspection and perform necessary repairs. I received their inspection report, and the seller confirmed they had completed the recommended work. However, shortly after moving in, I discovered termite damage in the garage that was clearly open and visible during the inspection but was not reported. Team Champions is a great company if you want to be termite free. They have been here for us since 12-30-17. Marcos was out in January for the yearly inspection. Then in April we noticed a pile of droppings by back garage door. Called the office and Marcos was sent out again, no charge. Thanks Marcos.
