My end-to-end experience was solid. We needed to replace an aging AC system including 40 year old ductwork which was in disrepair. Stephen responded almost instantaneously to my request and Nate came to my home to prepare an estimate. Cameron promptly answered questions about the quote and clarified key points. Placing the equipment deposit and scheduling the work was very straightforward. For the installation, Steven & Luis were exceptional - with an assist from Dre. They were polite and communicated well with us from the beginning. They arrived on time and stayed until the work was completed. Our installers Steve, Daniel, and Robert were very kind, answered all of our questions and made sure to clean up. The installation team was the best . They were respectful, knowledgeable and neat keeping the work area clean. There was no debris left for me to pick up. Had an issue with my HVAC not getting airflow to the bedrooms of my house. Team Enoch has a tech out quickly and he diagnosed and fixed the issue, as well as providing some helpful advice for maintaining the system. As a first time homeowner, it was really great!
