They're currently doing work for the city in front of my house using my water witout even asking. No notification or offer of reimbursement. Nothing. It's not like it's just a little bit of water. They're going back and forth filling 5 gallon buckets to use on the gravel and filling their machines.

Doing a project for NV energy today. When they yelled to get my attention because that had no signage up as to where to walk to the units access they blocked , I rationally said if you don't expect someone to walk somewhere prior to you screaming and yelling at them, the foreman or someone overseeing it said they weren't yelling at you they were just trying to get your attention then put up signs. Some guy that overheard me say that working there then started spouting off in Spanish about the signs when I was like 50 feet away to the point I could still hear him. It's truly unbelievable how simple of a concept it is to have that. Yet whoever started cussing in Spanish or being disrespectful seems to not understand the way things should work. It's mine blowing how unreasonable and rude

They will barricade in front of your driveway without giving you any sort of notice at all. Hopefully you don’t need to be rushed to the hospital or have any other sort of emergency!! Yesterday they had to stop what work they were doing to move their trucks and let my family out so we could take my daughter out for her birthday. This morning they had put barricades in front of our driveway(with both vehicles parked out front) without bothering to knock or let us know what was going on. When a worker came over to move the barricades we asked if they were supposed to give a notice they were going to be digging giant holes in front of houses..he shrugged the question off. Completely unprofessional, and for this reason alone if I needed any kind of contractor company I would look elsewhere.

They have been at my house for over a week trenching a hole from my side walk to the side of my house. Every time I walk by I see them sitting under my tree playing on their phones. Within that week they have cut my cable line and gas line. I got a call at work saying my family had to evacuate and the fire department was called. I couldn't be more displeased with their service.

There’s a bad star rating only because people do not understand the industry and what is going on exactly what to work therefore I’m giving five star rating because in the end the ground and construction industry stuff occurs where people have damage in utilities and causing convenience for homeowners. Therefore utility companies such as this should not get a bad rating due to the fact of ignorance and lack of knowledge of what is actually occurring To cause the frustration to them everything is not as simple and easy as it looks to all homeowners or anybody that makes any reviews on the utility companies such as this should make sure they have full knowledge in understanding of what is going on
